This is a non-refundable deposit to save your date in our schedule.

The base rate for booking a paranormal event is $520.00.

This includes:

• A 6 hour block of time, usually from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM

• Up to 8 guests

• The ability to Investigate two extremely active historic houses

The cost for additional guests is $65 per person.

Our max capacity is 60 people. In our opinion, the ideal group size for paranormal events is 30 people. Don't forget, you will be able to split your group between two large houses.

You may extend the time of your event in advance by paying an additional $100 per hour for each hour after midnight. 

Pricing Example:

Your paranormal group consists of 4 people. You book an event at the Winchendon History and Cultural Center, running from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM. You reserve your date by paying a $250 deposit. You sell 30 tickets to guests who will attend your event. Your total cost is $1950.00.

Base rate (8 guests + your team) = $520.00
22 additional guests x $65 = $1430.00
The total cost = $1950.00
Minus the deposit - $250.00

Prior to the start of the event, you owe us $1700.00.
