We have two beautiful and very active houses that you can investigate in one night.

Here's how it works:
The base rate for booking a paranormal event is $350.00.
A 6 hour block of time from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Up to 8 guests
The ability to Investigate two extremely active historic houses
The cost for additional guests is $30 per person.
Our max capacity is 60 people. Don't forget, you will be able to split your group between two large houses.
You may extend the time of your event in advance by paying an additional $100 per hour.
Your paranormal group consists of 4 people. You book an event at the Winchendon History and Cultural Center, running from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM. You reserve your date by paying a $100 deposit. You sell 30 tickets to guests who will attend your event. Your total cost is $1010.00.
Base rate (8 guests + your team) = $350.00
22 additional guests x $30 each = $660.00
The total cost = $1010.00
Minus the deposit - $100.00
On the night of the event, you would owe us $910.00.
We require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to save your date in our schedule. Once you have confirmed a date, we will send you the link to pay your deposit.
