Investigation: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Ticket Options
Standard Public Investigation: $65 per person
(Limited to 20 participants to ensure an authentic experience)
Includes:
Guided historical presentation of both properties
Paranormal 101 introduction for beginners
Two structured, staff-led investigation sessions
Breaks for Q&A, grounding, and team discussion
Free-roam investigation option for Intermediate & Professional-level guests
Shared use of paranormal equipment for those without their own
Participants will rotate between houses; only one team per building at a time to preserve evidence integrity
Overnight Investigation at the Isaac Morse House: $265 per pair (Admits 2) (Limited to 6 total guests = 3 bedrooms, 2 people per room)
Includes:
Full access to the public investigation from 7:00 PM to Midnight
Private overnight investigation at the Isaac Morse House (which is also a fully functioning Airbnb) from midnight to 8:00 AM
Must bring your own paranormal equipment
Independent investigation without staff
Ideal for experienced investigators seeking a deeper, immersive experience
During the Investigation
Only one team per building at a time
Teams will sign in/out when switching locations
Staff present for safety, support, and evidence protection
Attendees must be 18+ (no exceptions)
Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and bring a flashlight
All participants will sign a waiver at the time of ticket purchase.
Paranormal Histories of the Properties
Whitney Murdock House
Constructed c.1850 by Elisha Murdock, founder of the E. Murdock Co., and later expanded by his daughter Sophia, the home combines Colonial and Victorian grandeur.
Reports include:
Disembodied footsteps and pacing on the third floor
Unexplained piano music, believed tied to Sophia’s Chickering concert grand piano
A protective female spirit reported in one of the second floor bedrooms
Isaac Morse House
Built in 1790 by Robert Ruggles, the house was home to Isaac Morse, a civic leader who fathered 15 children.
Active paranormal phenomena include:
Disembodied voices, children’s laughter, and unexplained lights
Full-bodied apparitions of an elderly woman and children
Objects moving independently
